I will be traveling from El Paso to Chihuahua by bus. Can someone recommend a cheap hotel near the bus station in Chihuahua? Nothing fancy, just clean. I am on my way to Basaseachic Falls. Thanks

There are so many people who have often lamented the rise in costs associated with traveling these days, but perhaps none so much as those travelers who take to the skies. To be certain, a discount airfare sounds like a pipe dream, but it just is not true. The truth of the matter is that there are certainly ways to fly a bit more cheaply, and all of those...

My wife and I are planning a vacation in Brazil over the New Year. We have to change planes in Panama City airport on the way into the country, but our changeover time is only an hour and we will not be leaving the airport. Does anyone know whether this means that we will have to get the yellow fever vaccination in order to enter Brazil? Panama is on the...

It really does not matter what type of lure a person uses, without the right bass fishing techniques it will simply end up as a practice session for casting. Jigs, spinners and crank baits have all be successful in pulling in trophy bass, but there are many times when two anglers, using the same bait and fishing in the same boat will have opposite success....

On the shores of the Arabian Sea, under the shade of palm trees, bathes the Queen of Beaches-Calangute. Calangute seems to be a distortion of the local vernacular word-'Koli-gutti', which means land of fishermen. Some people connect it with Kalyangutti (village of art) or Konvallo-ghott (strong pit of the coconut tree) because the village is full of coconut...

But traveling need not always be this difficult. It doesn't even have to be stressful. If you think it is the map that is causing you your problems, then better get away with it and throw it outside your vehicle's window. Instead, go get a new car GPS receiver and use it instead of the map... * articlesupdates.googlepages . com /traveling_car_gps

If you are going to Ecuador please considering purchasing my book "Culture Shock! Ecuador". While a travel guide it is really geared towards those wanting to understand the culture and how Ecuadorians think. You will be miles ahead of those who have no knowledge of Ecuador who are visiting or living there. * w w w .amazon . com /Culture-Shock-Ecuador...

Hi y'all... we are 2 exchange student in Buenos Aires, planning a trip to Tierra del Fuego and Patagonia. The first issue that came out is the trip from Ushuaia-El Calafate (through Rio Gallegos). It's 19 hours and we are not sure if that trip is worth it. Does it have good panoramas to justify that time of "inprisonment" in the bus? The airplane just costs...

Goa is a package- tour paradise, squeezed between the seas and the lush forested hills. It offers glistening sands, swaying coconut palms, and ultra fresh seafood. Luxury hotels and budget guesthouses overlook fisherman mending their nets, and beer comes cheap and chilled. Discovered by pioneering hippies looking for peace and love. Goa's beaches are...

It's so nice to see so many people are as passionate about travel as my wife and I. So many people don't realize you don't need a lot of dollars or time to experience some really exotic, adventuresome and relaxing get-a-ways. With gas prices at an all time high it's getting tougher to travel on a budget but it can still be done! I just posted some nice...
