After a salty meal, say 1-2 grams of sodium, how long will the effects last? Effects such as water retention and increased blood pressure (if you're sodium sensitive). What if you drink a couple quarts of water shortly after? Won't the sodium be gone as soon as the water is? Thanks Bob
