I have been unable to find much information about dothiepin/dosulepin, except that it equipotently inhibits serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake. I'd be interested in how strongly it blocks the other TCA typical receptors like Ach, H1, alpha1/2 etc. I've tried Googling but no luck, and it's not in the Finnish Pharmacology and toxicology. I found several...

I quizzed my Doc abt simvastatin causing some ED problems with me. He convinced me that it is not a side effect of simvastatin and that it is also beneficial to keep taking a good dose of simvastatin as the research shows positive benefits other than lipid reduction.
