Our doctor said my husband's kidney function wasn't up to par - creatinine was too high (1.4) and he has some protein in his urine. She put him on Lisinopril 5mg. if the doctor refuses to write a prescription, could I bring the case to court ? Where can I find such court decisions ? Are there certain drugs which have to be prescribed in certain circumstances or can each doctor freely decide ?
