Having recently been on combo treatment for hepc (32 weeks, unsuccessfully), I had to have hemorrhoid surgery while in treatment. I know there are a host of side effects with ribavirin and interferon. Any evidence that hemorrhoids may be one side effect that just hasn't been reported sufficiently?

When my son was a couple months old the doctors decided to test him for Hep C. The results were posititve. They told me not to worry because he probably was carrying my antibodies. So they did a different test which was also positive. This time they said it was to early to tell, test him at one. We tested him at one and then at two which were both positive....

I have hep-c and i have had it for twenty three or so years.I found out about this stinking Virus six years ago when my veins in my stomach burst and lost me six pints of blood.However i have been under a specialist since then Dec 2001 what is troubleing me is although i went through the year of Interferon TX Treatment with Ribarvirin.Now towards the end...
