I'm having some difficulty getting the concept of "free PSA". What I have read is that some PSA is "bound" to protein while some is not. The higher the amount of "non-bound" (free PSA) the less aggressive the cancer "tends" to be and vice versa. Can someone explain further? Thanks, Sy
