How do you go about disambiguating Churg-Strauss from Wegener's? And why do they treat it w/ prednisone, instead of azathioprine/ methotrexate, or dexamethasone? And what is this "molecular pathology" I've been hearing about? Thanks!!!!

Isn't flow cytometry essentially an expensive, automated blood smear that can do complex surface protein analyses, among other cool, complex things? If you put a bone marrow or blood sample from a patient w/ HCL into a flow cytometer, tagged the cells w/ fluoroantibodies for fibronectin, CD19, CD20, CD22, CD11c, CD25, CD103, FMC7, and "pressed start",...
