I see some Dicom images have text annotation and image annotation (showing a rulera and telling the measurement). What are the differences in implementing the text annotaion and image annotaion? We want to draw closed curves around some portions of the tissue indicating the shape of them. We need to annotate 40 layers. Each layer is a black-white binary...

I am using only a small feature of Osirix. I want to crop and convert cine DICOM ultrasound images from my PACS workstation into quicktime movies to be used in Powerpoint or Keynote presentations.
