I'd like to know if in your daily practice you usually talk with patients and say personally the results of their radiologic exams. You give explanations? Do you think is a good think for radiologists and patients if they talk, or you think it's a useless thing and is better if patients read the report with other physicians?

This time, the tech told me that because of privacy considerations, the only one who can give me a copy is the physician requesting the scan. This makes no sense to me. As the patient, they know who I am and that...

Hello, I'm considering doing a PhD in medical physics, and I have a few questions: I would like to become a clinical medical physicist who divides his time between clinical duties and research. I think it would be a nice mix, rather than simply focusing on one, and getting bored with it. I'm also attracted by the salary/stability of a clinical medical physicist. I...

Assuming that they were appropriately de-identified, etc. ? I am trying to get a sense from folks who know about digital image technology as to how feasible this really would be.
