How do I insure my tools that are left at my place of employment? I have over 20k of property. If someone breaks in, I would like it covered. My homeowners policy says my personal stuff is covered anywhere, but only if it is used for personal use. If it is used for business/employment, it is not covered. Any advice appreciated Pat

I had a wood fence built and the fence gates are not lined up. The fence was built six months ago and after some rain and sun now the problem magnified. Been unable to locate 25 watt one. All the new ones which have little more than half that wattage don't keep coffee hot enough for me. My old Dazey 25 watt one did a great job, but it died. What controls wattage? Would like to convert one of the new lower wattage ones to 25 watts. What would I have to replace to do that?

Hello. Matt emulsion (interior paint) has been accidentally painted on some interior doors and door frames. (These doors and frames aren't new, and already had a correct coat of wood paint on sometime before.) What happens now...we have the correct paint for the job ("one coat satin finish for interior wood") -- can this simply be painted over the emulsion? Thanks...
