Hey guys, I purchased my first Zippo lighter on ebay and received it this morning. The trouble is, I can't find the zippo lighter fuel. I searched a few food stores in Northern Virginia (Shoppers, Bloom) and even Target for the fluid and cannot find it anywhere. Does Wal-Mart carry the fluid, flints and wicks? Or do only cigar shops carry the stuff....

Saw this billboard, the other day. Apparently, these folks have found a nice little niche market... ;) < http :// www .manyfriends, com /IMGs/Misc/DaisyKids.jpeg> -- Please take off your pants or I won't read your e-mail. I will not, no matter how "good" the deal, patronise any business which sends unsolicited commercial e-mail or that advertises in...

As I recently mentioned, a friend brought me some cigars from Cuba. Some H. Upmann Sir Winston, a box of Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure no 1, a box of Hoyo de Monterrey petit robustos and a box of Partagas I'm pretty sure the Winstons and epicures are real, as they were bought in the official store and have a small plastic sticker with a number and a hologram...

When the British send bombs here, the explosive force is not sufficient to breach the excessive amounts of packing tape. What would normally have left nothing but a mile-wide smoking crater, didn't even blow the door of the mailbox open. But once I got the tape off (one can see where the customs officials made some inroads and then gave up) I saw the...

I have the following three pipes I'm giving away to the firs person that sends me their snaily and promises to give them a good home: Charatan small Canadian Benton Canadian Tilshead (Upshall second) - tapered billiard. The Charatan has a vulcanite bit and should be replaced anyway; the others are Lucite bits. Remove the dots from the front of...

I do not know much, personally, about this hard-to-find and well- reviewed brand from Nicaragua, commissioned apparently by a shop-owner in Reno. That being said, my employees and customers are begging that we open an account with these folks, so I sent an e-mail off just a moment ago. Can anyone tell me anything about these cigars? I may just have...

I bought a humidor from BargainHumidors, com and with it came a Western Humifer and Western Digital III Hygrometer. I also received a very generic dial hygrometer with the unit. Using the salt test, I was able to calibrate the dial hygrometer to 75% over the course of three days. I placed it in the front of the unit and seasoned my humidor for a few days....

About 9 months ago, I bought my first-ever box of cigars online @ www .famous-smoke,com . I thought they had made a mistake when the cigars I ordered arrived (fresh) at my house the next day (even after paying for residential ground service). Not having ordered since then, I recently purchased a box of CAO Moontrance (which included a free CAO cigar sampler)...

Anyone ever bought Cuban cigars online and had them shipped to US? My understanding is that it's not illegal for the seller to sell them and ship them to a buyer in the US, it's only illegal for me (a US citizen living in US) to pay for and receive. If that's the case, then depending on how they're packaged they could arrive just fine. Also, If anyone...

It might not seem like a great combination, but believe me - it is. I was in Hong Kong on a business trip last month, and wandered into a local cigar shop. There were leather lounge chairs to relax and a selection of very fine cigars. I picked out a Cuban Montecristo #2, and the young Chinese lady led me over to the chair, lit my smoke, then brought...

Graycliff Crystal PGX This is 6 x 50 or 52 and too expensive for me, but I caught a "deal" on CI and woman wasn't looking. They came yesterday, so this is OTT (this is the "white" label): From the hype I expected it to be stronger, but it started out very mild. The mixes of flavors and aromas was too complicated for me to sort out, but chiefly...

Good Morning! My Name is A. Botello. I am writing to request information on Don Gustavo Bock. I am interested in Bock's private life. He was my Great-Grandfather. My grand mother was E. Rojo de Botello, daughter of Petra Rojo and Don Gustavo Bock. I have read a lot about him, I am interested in finding about his friends and other personal things. I...

I came home from work last night and wouldn't you know it... there was another drive-by at my house (That's 2 in one week!) while I was keeping the prison population under control. ;-) Thanks Tom! GREAT selection...... -- CamachoMan Relax, have a cigar... The reason congressmen try so hard to get re-elected is that they would hate to have to...
