This from the New York Times: "Artifacts from the Washington period were crucial. These included wine bottles, knives and forks, pieces of small figurines, wig curlers, bone toothbrush handles and a clay pipe with a Masonic crest that just possibly was George’s. Fragments of an elaborate Wedgwood tea set, presumably belonging to Mary Washington, showed...

I just popped a four-year-old tin of Marlin Flake, and for the first minute I was huffin' it like glue. Just leaving the tin open while I rubbed out my first bowl's worth was heavenly. I used to think that Pennington Gap, with it's rich bourbon smell was my #1, but I just went online to order four more tins of Marlin Flake.

Someone has emailed me asking where to find this book. I searched the ASP archives, and couldn't get a good answer. Can someone tell me where to find it, or if it's still available? Fans, or detractors, for that matter. The recent chatter re: JFH's site and some of their weeds sent me off to tobaccoreviews, com for a looksee. The Middle Earth Blends all seem a bit too, well, Middle Earthy to me, but Golden Cashmere, a name I absolutely loathe, periqued my interest. It's described as "A mixture of golden and red Virginias, nutty orientals,...

Hi all, I have updated my site with some new pipes. One in particular is a sandblasted billiard with what is probably the nicest ring grain I have ever accomplished. If you like sandblasts you really should see this pipe. http :// www .crosbypipes, com /sale/1/item.php Some others in the update are a 3 knuckle bamboo and an interesting full bent Cobra/Horn...
