Just logged in and left feedback for an item and got a message saying that sellers can no longer leave negative or neutral feedback for a buyer and therefore buyers shouldn't feel afraid to leave honest feedback. I remember when I didn't have a lot of feedback, one negative would have made a big difference so I didn't leave feedback at all with a couple...

Here goes. My...

I bought a faded sg special from the craigslist and this guy put some kind of wax on it. It stinks so what can I use to remove the wax? thanks.

I am hoping that someone might be able to help with the riddle of my Les Paul.Logoed up as a Gibson but its not in my view. Truss rod is metric and no other features to confirm its make. What it is, is a very nice guitar, set neck very nice sunburst finish - probably about 20 something years old. The real give away is that the truss rod - metric allen key....

took my 83 strat in for a set up, me believing the buzz was mostly due to the springs being underneath the scatchplate in these models, i asked him to take the springs out and screw the bridge down. 'tsk, tsk' he said, the frets had been filed flat and not dressed properly, not a lot of meat left on them, with a maple neck it might mean a re fret :-(....

...I just stuck a set of 7 rated GT EL-34s I had lying around into my XV-112 instead of the 9's I had in there, just to see - and what a diff! Nice crispy tone with my Tele on the clean channel with tons of attack, and a nice bit of the jangles mixed in with the dirt on the heavy side. I should have known better as I had pulled out a set of blown...

Your challenge: ID this guitar's maker from the headstock -- because that's the ONLY thing that distinguishes this from a million other Japanese LP copies. I don't know, it sort of reminds me of a Cortez (Matsumoku) I had, from the sunburst color and binding, but that's it. If you know the headstock logo (there is no name), you'll know the answer. I don't. If...

Any of you guys try one of these new hollow bodies? I've been wanting a hollow body for some time, but hate the big size of the 335 so I took a plunge and ordered one of these from MF.

I seem to be lost in cyber space. None of my post show up with outlook express. I’m posting this threw Google groups I’m not use to it, change is not good just like when they added MID Amps who needs it . Well maybe a little break is due. Well last time it fixed itself it just another case of the server (big brother) letting me know who’s the boss....

I bought a Gibson with Inspection/Hang card that says Model: LPCPHSNH I know (think) the LPCPHS = Les Paul Classic Plus Heritage Sunburst. We have another 1960 that says CPHCS inside the cavity which means Heritage Cherry Sunburst what does NH stand for thanks dj

Well, I found this on Ebay: http :// cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item30235861671 These necks are some of the best I've played. All I need now are a set of Gotohs and a couple of string trees.
