In his current meltdown. Kent blew his top and has now threatened me over the Internet. Thanks for that, Kent. I know your dumbass would be easy, but not this easy. You just ruined your life over 'words' on the Internet. On Mon, 9 Apr 2007 02:35:14 GMT, "Kent Pearson" <spam-free@anonym.com> wrote: > I'm >getting an idea about it. ...

From Google: Newsgroups: alt.guitar.amps From: johnn3...@aol.comratsass (Johnn3625) Date: 12 Jun 2002 00:11:37 GMT You see, I found an old post of Kent's where he says he is embarrased of his playing and can lose confidence easily. He probably hasn't even touched his country guitar since I told him I made it up that he played good. He has now joined...

Many thanks for those who posted on my RP300 "lost in the sauce" Wot's the deal? posting. Some local "experts" told me pretty much the same. So I checked out a bunch of "analog" effects today. Most were heavy metal super fuzz distortion crap............. but I did like the EC Crossroads..... question is, will I run into the same "lost in the sauce"...

Hello all I am about to go for one of those. I changed my mind when i found out of the debate about PSA 1 versus PSA 1.1 version. Does anyone have first hand experience? Cheers

I recently had a chance to play around with the JH1. A friend of mine borrowed it. And my view of the pedal is that it's a piece of $#!%!!! The pedal is just bad. The distortion channel is so bad that it made me sick, no matter what you do with the pots it's still crap. The od challer is a bit brighter but still muddy and all the time I could hear a...

All, Is there a safe method to switch 1 tube amp head between 2 amp cabs with the same impedance? I've googled this a bit, and found Radial's Cabbone, is this the only safe way to handle this? Any other devices out there that will accomplish this? I'm just weighing all my options at the moment. TIA

Fellow Digitech RP300 users........ have had my RP300 for a couple of years. Have enjoyed the sound shaping features greatly... Sounds great played direct through the PA. Sounds great for recording ..... I particularly like the #1 "Solo" preset...........Have experimented with a number of patches......some great, some not........but here is the issue. When...

Has anyone tried this pedal yet? it could be just what I'm looking for electric slide/lap steel - trem, reverb and OD all in the same box. It would be running into a Fender Blues deluxe. FWIW, I like Boss SD-1 type overdrive and good spring (eg Holy Grail) or plate type reverb. Also if anyone can tell me a reliable US source that ships Boss products...

Hi - I'm hoping one of the gurus here can tell me what is the fast modulation effect as used by Jimmie Vaughan back in the Fabulous Thunderbirds days - I'm particularly thinking of the track One's Too Many and A Hundred Ain't Enough - though several others, notably the Slim Harpo tracks. It's a fast modulation effect - but not quite tremolo, not quite vibrato...

Hello, in consequence of the thread "Mods for Bad Monkey?", I monkey'ed around with some pedals of the tubescreamer type and several ac-adaptors. I wanted to know, how dependent these circuits are from the used ac-adaptors. I tested ... Ibanez TS7 (808 modded) Digitech Bad Monkey MEK Tubedrive TD-1 Boss Bluesdriver BD-2 ... with a MIM Strat, maple...
