This morning my mom (83) and her husband (79) were scheduled on JetBlue 1402 from SFO to FLL. When they got to the airport, they were informed that the flight was canceled due to mechanical problems. JetBlue told them that they could take a taxi to OAK and get a Jet Blue flight to JFK and then a Jet Blue flight to FLL, but that Jet Blue wouldn't pay...

I probably would have enjoyed the amazing vistas offered by the skyline of Virginia Beach, the Atlantic Ocean, and the sky. The food might have been enjoyable, too. I ran into a few problems, however: I approached from the north. At the speeds allowed through the tunnel parts, it is easy to miss the entrance to the public area. The CBBT managers can't...
