Another day goes by, and it's another day in which my local newspapers (California) are replete with reports of illegal alien drivers causing homicidal mayhem on our roads. The latest: an illegal alien taking driving lessons from her illegal alien husband -- their small child in the car with them -- drives off a cliff. The woman is killed, the child...

No, its not a political rant, just got a couple of brand new necromancer films to present getting back to the necromancerfilms roots of presenting roadshows with only factual overlays and the occasional trivia thrown in and the political soapboxism and the krl rgrz tweaking exorcised: First is the complete IH295 - West Beltway around Jacksoville, FL. Thisone...

California has a graduated licensing program for teenaged drivers. Newly licensed drivers under 18 may not: * Transport passengers under 20 years of age at any time, for the first twelve months. * Drive between 11 pm and 5 am for the first twelve months. The following story is one BIG reason why. http :// ktla.trb, com /news/ktla-malibucrash,0,4996579.story PCH...

I have a question about Rejection Stickets for annual car inspections in Virginia. Do I HAVE to go back to the SAME inspection station that gave me the rejection sticker? When given a rejection sticker is any information sent to DMV about it & the car? Thanks, Repl1ka

Good Lord, I need to start taking my camera or video recorder for my commutes to work! Just when I thought I'd seen everything in 28 years of driving, a new one (not raising the surprise factor, BTW). Returning home from work, exiting US 71 onto MO 150 in Grandview (south KC area), in a 4-lane stretch on MO 150, there's a farm tractor in the WB left-turn...

There's no 'programming' going on, that's tin foil hat nonsense. It's just to teach kids that police checkpoints are normal, fun, and just part of life with this wonderful new toy from playmobil! One female officer and one male officer were injured when they flipped their LAPD cruiser upside-down on the 118 freeway this morning. It's a major SigAlert, with mulyiple lanes closed and traffic backed up for miles. Any bets as to which one was driving? :) http :// ktla.trb, com /news/ktla-policecrash,0,2501612.story -- "Dave's not here, man!" -...

was out running around in the Ugly Truck today picking up some free stuff off craigslist, ended up near Performance Cycle in Fairfax. Figured that since my main excuse for not riding was weather, and it's now warm enough not to be an issue, and my secondary was never being able to ride during daylight, I stopped in and since they were slow chatted with...

Hi Viatologists, The Worldwide Highway Library (WHL) has begun a project that will apply geographic coordinates to archived photographs! As you may know, all photographs taken since mid-2007 have had coordinates attached to each picture. For example, here's what you see today w/ our New México State Route 113 entry: "Southbound NM-113; Hidalgo...

Tonite is the night. Mister Dick will be exposed. Exposed in public to the whole world. Mister Dick has been hiding in my pants for over 20 years. Tonite he will come out and the whole world will see his head. Turn on your tv to channel 16 and watch Mister Dick see the moon for the first time, and salute the American flag. Mister Dick loves fresh air...

We just got some new 2008 Impala fleet cars at work and I took one for a spin. I was very impressed with it. The only optional extra was ABS with traction control. Standard is the usual tilt wheel, AC, PS, PB, AM/FM with CD and MP3 jack. Plus it has electric windows, locks and drivers seat including adjustable lumbar support. The seats were VERY comfortable....
