I've been commuting to work on the toll road for the last couple of weeks. Most of the time there is ZERO police presence, probably because the traffic is so light that it's not worth their time. However, for some reason, enforcement was incredibly heavy today. I saw three cops in the morning and two in the evening. The first was on a motorcycle, parked...

A few years ago I started a thread with the title "Cars Blocking Fire Station Will Be Demolished". Today I was at the same situation, in heavily congested traffic on Sepulveda Blvd in Sherman Oaks, CA (northern suburb of Los Angeles). I was 5th car in line to cross the KEEP CLEAR zone in front of the fire station when the flashing lights came on, a siren...

Hi Viatologists, As of 15-Apr-2008, the Worldwide Highway Library provides geographic coordinates for 2.38% of its 2,186 photographs. Through retroactive action, the 'Operation Coordinates' program will increase the per centage of photographs containing coordinates over time. Had an interesting moment this weekend. I was driving down a local 2- lane highway that's really not much of a highway at all, 45mph limit. I've got a dirt bike in the bed, so I'm not looking to execute any traction threshold maneuvering. An oncoming car suddenly brakes hard enough for me to see the nose dip and then the left signal comes on. This is taking...

Go to Walmart. In the section where they sell asprin look for the Vivarin, No Doze caffein tablets. Too expensive. Get the Equate brand, $3.97 for 80 200mg tablets. One tablet is about equal to a cup of brewed coffee. Take the tablet, drink a little water. Same effect. To make the experience social, carry a cup of water into Starbucks. Take the caffein...

Hi Viatologists, Just north of Santa Cruz, a beach dweller's haven in northern California, is the community of Scotts Valley. This hilly area is well noted for its high-reaching trees and well-off inhabitants. The city is served by two state roads: (1) California State Route 17 (2) Business State Route 17 The latter route has just been catalogued...

We had a young nephew visiting us this week for his spring break. Since no visit to SoCal would be complete without a trip to Disneyland, we took him up there yesterday. As you might expect, with half the country also on spring break the place was jam packed with people. Even the Pumbaa lot, which is pretty much the farthest away from the park, was jammed...

Stop Road Rage If another driver pisses you off, simply pull them over. Meet face to face. Then insert your Penis in their Anus. You will both leave the scene happy and satisfied.
