Does anyone know if United Airlines stocks bicycle boxes at Sydney airport ? A friend who does not live near Sydney will be flying in may. It appears that United no longer accepts to pass request from pax to the airport staff for a call back with the answer. (Or so I was told). Is this truly the case ? After reading throug some of the posts, I thought I would shae my own recent experience. I was travelling between two major Canadian cities for a 3 week vacation to visit family, and my bag did not make it. I filed my missing claim at the airport. Re-assured that 90% of all delayed bags get returned in 24 hours (from what I read) I did not stress too much....
