Has anyone purchased side skirts for their Prelude? I was thinking of getting a set for my 98 off one of the interent sites, they're the OEM style but I was told they don't come with hardware, the guy selling them said you'd just fasten them with screws. Is this normal? The orginal black ones look like they're bolted in. Anything I should know about...

Hey Folks, I have an issue with my 03 accord its has 120,000 miles and has run great since we bought it 2 years ago here's the issue, when turning to the right, the front left wheel makes a clicking noise that is spaced proportionally to how fast the wheel is turning. My first thought it that its a CV joint issue. agree? disagee? here's the fun...

I noticed that my right front turn turn indicators (blinkers) do not blink, but the bulbs illuminate when the lights are turned on. What controls the blinking..a relay, seperate from the left front ? The rear turn indicators are OK.

I recently had my front axle replaced. About a week afterwards the transmission went out. The guys at the transmission shop told me the failure was caused by the axle being chewed up on the end, not holding the clip, causing the axle to move in and out, causing the failure of the transmission. Of course, my mechanic said there was no way this could have...

What are my options for increasing the light output from the headlights on an '89 Accord? Googling a little it seems that they're a standard 4" x 6" sealed beam. Can this be upgraded to H4 bulbs (with relays & heavier wiring, of course)? Any "got ya's" in doing such an upgrade? Thanks, -- John English

I have a 1995 Honda Civic with only 80,000 miles on it. There's a mysterious intermittent cooling problem that two mechanics have so far failed to fix: The A/C just stops cooling after 15 minutes or so. If I cycle the A/C off and on with the dashboard controls a few times, it seems to engage and start cooling again--only to stop cooling some time...

I have a 2000 Accord. When I start the car the Maint. Required light flashes for a while. I think I recall that means routine maintenance. The car has 51,000 miles. One of the service techs at Honda told me once that timing chains should automatically be changed at 50,000 before they go. Is this hype, or should I do that. Is this connected with...

It seems that my Accord's alarm system has a mind of its own. For no apparent reason, without activating the alarm, the alarm goes off, and we cannot disable it with the remote key. Luckily the last time this happened, we were able to disable the alarm by using the key in the door, but this isn't always the case. The Honda dealership quoted us $95 for...

i own a 93 civic lx with about 198,000 miles on it. It recently overheated so this week I replaced the head gasket, etc, the water pump, etc, and the thermostat. once we started it up it had a lot of white smoke. after a few minutes of running the rpm's would jump between about 500 and 1500 and did this for about 3 minutes..white smoke still present. ...
