Well folks after reporting this clown to Google Grps. Abuse, I notice that they are no longer showing any new ones on Google grps, somehow blocking them. BUT when I accessed this grp., however Webtv does it, on my Webtv unit (Yes I still enjoy using that for the Firewalled WTV grps.) I notice that he is still disrupting the grp. They could still be seen...

Just ordered replacement pads for my 2004 miata thinking I'd be getting the NS pads. When I checked the part # - N0Y9-33-23Z on my invoice, it appears to be for HD or sport suspension front pads. I was told by the dealership that they use the car's Vin # JM1NB353840400298 to ascertain the correct pads. Any comments?

These are fairly uncommon, might be of interest to someone? http :// phoenix.craigslist.org/car/538829920.html The price isn't too bad and might be negotiable. -- XS11E, Killing all posts from Google Groups The Usenet Improvement Project: http :// improve-usenet.org

Can I fit the Mazda mp3 player to my Mazda 3, which has the standard 6 disc auto-changer fitted at present? Thanks for the advice guys, Bob.

I have a 2004 base model with standard brakes. Is there a piston retractor screw on the front calipers, or do I just press the piston back into the caliper?

Does anyone know where I can get the tool needed to remove/replace the inner tie rods on a 1999 Miata? The Mazda dealer does not sell the tool. Can't find a store that sells a tool that is explicitly labelled for the Miata. Thanks for your help.

My winter vehcile has given up the ghost and I am considering driving my 2000 Miata in the winter now. I would obviously put snow tires on it but can anyone comment on how it handles in the snow and ice? Would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hooked up the charger/maintainer that I got from J.C. Whitney today, a Vector VEC080 "Smart Battery Charger". And since a poster in this grp. alerted me that the cigarette lighter connector would not work, cause of the ignition key needing to be in and on accessory, I used the "Battery Terminal Ring" cable, that has a connector that meets the connector...

"Things are going to start happening to me now"...... If you have seen "The Jerk", the part where Steve Martin gets his phone book while working/living at the gas station was about my reaction when the UPS truck pulled up with my part. Fingers crossed.....tools ready to go. We'll see...... Pat

Anyone use it in their Miata? Was thinking about switching over and adding the filter as well. Opinions? -- David

Simply put, how do I know when it's time to change the brake pads? Is this something that can be visually inspected? Or should I rely on the "squeal" sound? __ sol

Just bragging, but I am still on the original battery on my 1991 miata, 250,000+ miles. Battery is still running strong. No chargers, no aid whatsoever, living in the snowy cold side of Washington state. Darn impressive.
