Literally. http://www.planet-f1.com/gallery/0,18973,3524_3550894,00.html -- Pitwall is an online F1 manager game where you receive a team and need to develop the team to get on the top podium position! Pitwall is entirely free! No sh*t! http://tinyurl.com/5y6ls3

The Hamilton/McLaren 3-stop strategy enabled Lewis to do some quick laps during the race. Kimi, as he often does, set the fastest lap of the race, but looking at the 50 fastest laps, available here: http://f1.autosport.com/2008/laps.php/id/5 Hamilton 23 laps Räikkönen 10 Massa 10 Kubica 6 Heidfeld 1 Looking down...

I posted these comparisons throughout the 2006 & 2007 seasons to illustrate changes in top speeds as measured through the speed traps. In previous years I restricted the comparison to speeds recorded during the three segments of qualifying, since the best laps are usually recorded in those sessions. For 2008 I propose to consider the top speeds recorded...

He keeps his F1 record of not being able to win from anything other than pole position S

Now there is a sport that is not full of politics. All sport, no politics.

A couple of questions: one regarding Lewis and one on Heikki Lewis first: Bridgestone has said that they noticed a structural issue with Lewis's tyres after Friday practice, and McLaren have said this is why they 3 stopped him. Yet it seems (to me at least) that he qualified on the fuel for a 2 stopper. If so, this seems like a late change in strategy. Heikki:...

Cardiac warning: world superbike casually announced that Haga's winning margin of 0.009 secs is peanuts, as there have been four WSB races won by NARROWER margins. Anything with Haga is good. Remember Haga and Chili along the Brands Hatch front straight, when their upper arms and shoulders were in firm contact for about 50 yards!

Hilarious. It would be definitive proof that Hamilton and Raikkonen are simply mediocre drivers that got lucky with the cars they get to drive. I see Massa as the perfect Champion for Alonso's transitional year in F1. Now people are having nightmares after reading this post because they never considered this possibility.
