....but I think the FIA is being consistent. McClaren was found guilty of possessing Ferrari's data, but they weren't punished until the FIA determined that they'd actually used the information. Are there any rules in F1, or does the World Council just make it up as it goes along? I mean, it was obvious Renault was never going to get hit by the same nuke as McLaren, for the simple reason that it would just walk...
