Junior would be a great NASCAR Sprint Series Champion but, he probably won't be the champion this year. Kyle Busch would also be a great champion, not as popular as Jr, probably stands a good chance. A seasoned driver like Gordon should have been better on the restart than he was. I find it hard to believe he slipped up like he did. Too bad, it would have made for a great finish.

Silly Season Not Bad So Far Despite the feeling that 2008 has been a very busy Silly Season, only 1 Full-Time Driver has been replaced-JMayfield. However there have been 4 cars that ceased operations: #4-Morgan/McClure, #27-Bill Davis, #49-BAM, & #40-Ganassi. The Racin' Media sure knows how to make perceptions seem like reality. -- Crusader

I guess you either like this guy or not. I personally like Junior because he does a good job of representing the sport. He is not a bad driver but, certainly not the best. Hi - I signed up for the 14 day free trial of NASCAR's Trackpass Scanner for the Daytona race yesterday. It generally worked OK, but the Trackpass Scanner was about 20 to 30 seconds behind the TNT TV coverage. Is this time delay normal or intentional? Knowing what the drivers are saying was cool, but knowing it 30 seconds later than real time not...
