I recently bought a new door for my 98' Mercury Tracer LS because the other door got messed up in an accident. The new door doesn't have power windows like the old one but I didn't mind because I figured it would just be my door. But after putting on the new door I found out that now none of the other doors that have power windows will work. Any suggestions...

1988 Canadian model Supra. Replaced leaky filler neck, and now when the engine is warm the car stumbles or stalls on start. Doesn't appear to be soot coming from tailpipe. Rev the engine a couple times and it smooths out. Pulled the EFI fuse but that did not work. Disconnect the cols start injector?

I've got a weird issue with an 87 Toyota Pickup 2WD 4 speed pickup, clutch has been replaced and transmission appears to be in half-decent condition, but whenever I get going up to a decent speed the truck will start to lose power, like skipping almost, if I floor it it'll get some power then the moment I let off and try to put it back down a bit theres...

I just bought a 2004 Hyundai with 90 k on the odometer and wonder if it is past the mileage point for replacement . My last car had 70 k listed as a good point for a primary belt change. The warranty goes to 100 k but I doubt that thisis covered. Thanks for any replies,... Don Tonkin Gulf Yacht Club 65-67

My fan won't kick on after a good long run on the hiway. After the exit ramp and cutting down to 35mph (from about 55-65 mph) my 1990 Legend will start to creep up to the hot mark and stay there unless I'm moving steadily at a good clip. I don't hear the fan come on and am fairly certain tthat's what the problem is...anyone know the location of the relay...

I'm dealing with a 1994 Toyota 4Runner with the 3.slow engine and about 190k miles on the chassis. Lately and increasingly, there is a *lot* of vibration when braking from over 40mph or so. I believe that this comes from the front end because I tried applying just the parking brake at speed. In that test, it stopped smoothly. I lifted the front...

I've got a vehicle that is running less than one tenth of a volt on O2 sensor...I can trick vehicle to run rich at 0.9 volt. This is a 1984 Bosch LH II system, which currently is only using the Air Mass Meter (Mass Air Flow) to determine fuel amount. At this time, I have concluded the ECU (ECM) is messed up. Question - It drives OK....no higher...

I have a '93 Pontiac Grand Am that I "inherited" by default. It has not really been taken care of - unfortunately I do not have alot right now that I can put into it. Today it overheated and actually shut down. It did restart right away but was overheated. I let it sit for several hours and then added coolant and water (though there still appeared to...

I drive a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan with 110,000 miles. I had my check engine light go on a few months ago and a code that indicated a catalytic converter problem. The light was inconsistent for a period of several weeks with it sometimes being off for a few hours or even a few days. I had a mechanic do a diagnostic and recieved an estimate for $650 to replace...

after a bumping a curb (sliding sideways), a fwd drive car makes a low- pitch wallowing sound at the rear. the tires were replaced and an alignment was performed. this resolved other issues, but the sound persists. the dealer did a precise alignment on top of the local shop's alignment. turning right makes the sound go off. also, the sound is not audible...
