Hi All, I recently launched a new forum for kosher cooking tips and tricks called the At Your Palate Kosher Cooking Resources forum ( * forum.atyourpalate . com ). I'm catering a small fund-raising dinner for 12 for a non-profit at the end of the month. As is the case with non-profit organizations, my budget per person is rather low so I'm raiding my own pantry for long-unused items (a benefit of that will be to make space for more items to become long-unused). I'm thinking of a breaded chicken main course,...

Had a brunch yesterday for an uncle coming in from out of town. Marci made 2 pans of Blintz soufflé (butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream, oj, vanilla over frozen blintzes) and we only ate one. Can we freeze this for the next family event? I don't recall freezing custard dishes before. Thanks, Jon ____________________________________________________ ...
