Tea is a drink for those who wish to refresh themselves in the midst of work. It gives energy and briskness to switch over from the monotony of same kind of working in the office or the factory. They contain some taste giving materials which are pungent, astringent and also bitter simultaneously. The tea is not just a drink as it supplies a healthy cup of...

So everyone these days seems to be talking about how healthy green tea can be for you ( http :// www .livestrong, com /article/4701-need-health- benefits-green-tea/). Honestly people make it out to be some kind of miracle drug. My question is this - is green tea full of all these good antioxidants and stuff no matter how it is prepared? Is powdered matcha as "healthy"...

I see that Fiji has a new advertising campaign that centers around the "green" movement. They have a new website that is fijigreen, com and there is a green raindrop on their labels now. Also, their new tag line is "every drop is green". This whole thing brings a few things to mind and I'd like to see what everyone else thinks about it. Firstly, I see...

Hi, I'm Joanne's son...thought that I would add some comments about our experience. I have been to a number of tea shops in New York City, New Jersey, and elsewhere. I was surprised by our experience at "The Tea Gallary". First, it was a very very hot day. We stopped by around 1pm, and it looked like he was just opening the store. So we were hot...

Step 1 It is better to make the tea of 7-10g with a potof 105ml water. As for the volume, it is better to make the tea for 1/3 - 1/2 of the pot. Step 2 The water temperature should be up to 100 $B!n(B . The tea in the water should be remained for 10-30 seconds. Later on, with each refilling of hot boiled water, the remaining time should be 10-20 seconds...

my son, his fiancee, and myself were looking forward to visiting the tea gallery on allen street today- our experience was less than satisfactory- i had heard so many good things about this teashop-but we were very disapponted- instead of being graciously invited into the tea shop we were treated rather rudely-we wanted to have a cup of tea-this was...

Well, OK so maybe not so much a destination for tea but I will be off on my honeymoon next week and with all the trip posts I just couldn't resist. Probably some locally grown coffee and maybe a tea or two if I'm lucky, but even more I'm looking forward to trying some Kava. Finally a whole week+ of silence from me, so enjoy! Aloha. - Dominic
