It will mostly be used to cook veggies for two, so I was inclined to get a smaller...

Where can I buy unshelled nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts) in the Denver/Boulder, CO area? I haven't seen them lately anywhere at Whole Foods, Wild Oats, King Soopers or Safeway's. Thanks

I am trying to add more fresh fruits and vegetables to my diet. however, I am not familiar with many of the fruits other than apples, pears, etc. On Saturday I bought a mango because the sign said they tasted somewhat like a peach. Now, what do I do with it? It is soft when pressed. How do I know when it is ripe? Do I peel it? slice it? dice it? Any help...

What are some good restaurants to eat at if you are vegetarian? As in, which ones have nice meatless options?

My insomnia has gotten to the point that I'm searching for a Shaman who knows the right enchantments. I asked a medical doctor if he knew of any homeopathetic treatments he might try if he was desparate. His answer was warm milk with flax seed. Has anyone tried this? I have found flax seed by the lb in four stores. Where can I buy it in a one to...

I am mistaken, or is it getting harder to find men's non-silk neckties? I checked Macy's and J.C. Penny's, and they're all silk. Any suggestions?

I just went to a gastroentorologist for some stomach problems i've been having lately, and he said that a vegetarian diet might be causing them. He said it's hard to get enough hemoglobin and iron with a vegetarian diet. He said he and his wife are both very concerned about animal welfare, but that he supplements his own vegetarian diet with fish. I'm...
