I have just purchased an ipod nano 3g whilst in the US, when playing through my car stereo (VDO cd radio)the volume is quite low.It is OK if I turn the stereo volume control up, but when changing to the radio it is very loud. What a huge idea, and to pull it off so well! I new it would be just a matter of time that image stacking with stereo pairs would be somehow be used. I'm a little baffled as to how their processing handles the major disparity artifacts that would normally show up in the result. How do they generate the stereo pair???? I'm looking to replace the stock deck in my '06 Tacoma with a new unit that has built-in HD radio and will control my iPod. My initial research brings up the JVC KD-HDR1 or the new KD-HDR30. Any comments on either of these or suggestions for other models? Thanks.

Okay, Let's say I've finished dealing with the front two speakers.. as it is quite loud I decided not to mount rears speakers.. at least for some time now. I've decided to put a subwoofer / bass speaker though, so here is my idea. My first amplifier being a 2 channel Audiobahn 40 amp amp with RCA input (which is pretty obvious) but also a RCA output pair....

I have a 1995 E36 (i.e. BMW 325) convertible with a completely stock, non-HK stereo, i.e. cassette/radio in the dash and CD changer in the trunk.
