I would be interested to buy either a Alpine PXA-H700 or a Soundstream PQ7 eq, or something similar. ...and if the price is right an old PG M25 / M50´too. Any suggestions are welcome Regards from Denmark -Steffen...

I thought I'd buy an older car for cheap transportation. It turns out I bought the model that is #3 on the U.S. Most Stolen Car list ('89 Toyota Camry). Short of installing LoJack, what do you recommend? Is a regular audible alarm with ignition- or starter-disabler effective? Suggestions welcome. Thanks, Stef

Hi all. Recently purchased an '05 Civic with a Kenwood KDC-MP4028 installed. Pressed the little reset button on the front and now it asks for the security code... bought it off the dealer, so I am unable to contact the original owner. I have heard that there is a closely- guarded security code for most late model Kenwood decks with this feature. Does anyone...

Anyone heard of having to break-in speakers? I read some reviews and a couple of people mention that for these speakers.

A while back I decided to build a hydrogen generator to help save money on my fuel bill. My ex-husband had built one and installed it on his car and was saving a ton of money. His fuel mileage had doubled! * tbmcars.googlepages . com /generator to power car on water

Hi, I have a Garmin Nuvi GPS unit which plugs into my car cigarette lighter. On the one end it is a 12v cigarette adapter and on the other end it is a mini-usb. It looks kind of ugly with all the wires hanging out. My idea was to purchase an extra 12v cigarette wire/charger for it and hardwire it to my car and run the wires behind the dash, but I don't know...

Hi. Is there anyone in the forum who knows much about Almani car audio? In particular, the DVT-909 head unit is what I am looking for info about. I just bought one of these units after running out of patience for the Pioneer DEH-p7000bt unit to be released. Of course, a week after I bought this unit, the Pioneer came out on the market. Truth be told,...
