I am using Pro Tools LE with my iMac and a Digi 002 Rack. I primarily do spoken word projects. Some of theses consist of six hour seminars recorded in my studio. I like the editing features of Pro Tools such as being able to play up to a selection, play out of a selection, play up to the end of a selection and of course play from the beginning of a selection....

Hi all. I've just got my CD master back from the mastering studio, along with some notes from the engineer who handled the project. Apparently there are a few songs in which the bass is really almost non-existent in the mixes, which sia big surprise to me, as the bass is clearly there when I listen to the mixes in my home studio. Hi, I have a '77 Fender Deluxe Reverb with super weak output. You can't hear it pass any signal until you dial to ten, then you can hear it but just barely. About as loud as a quiet conversation. It's the same for any input. I tried swapping tubes around but no difference. Anybody ever seen this symptom before? The amp was supposedly gone through by a pro...

There's a mono drum loop I'm particularly fond of that I created years ago. I'd like to recycle it in a modern production, only that the mono-ness of it is somewhat dreary. Adding room or hard-panning two copies with a slight nudge to one of them will make it wider, but then the bottom muddies everything up (we don't want that kick to be wide, now...
