I am just old enough to fondly recall the days of silver-faced receivers with gorgeous "simulated wood" cabinets. I love the sound of some of these receivers. They may not qualify as "high end" gear to many people, but I like 'em. Several months ago I found a Technics SA-400 receiver in MINT condition. Ever since I found it, I have been listening...

There didnt appear to be any issues with Protools either. But when I entered the sounds and audio devices...

I have an old stereo with two (left and right) audio outputs that I want to connect to two speakers. Should I use two mono RCA speaker cables or one stereo RCA speaker cable, or is it the same either way? I just didn't know if two mono cables are the same as one stereo cable.

Hello, Anyone know how to do this?! Say you have an audio clip of 40 random notes in the scale of C lasting 90 seconds and middle C is played just 3 times in this clip. The user clicks a button when they think they have head middle C. How can you tell if they were right?! Some how you need to know how long into the clip each of the middle C's were...

Hello, I am looking for an old "vintage Kenwood" audio amplifier : KA 1500 MK2 to repair it. I have looked for on the web a free source, but I can't find it. Where are you finding your schematics or service manual ? regards, Mikaël (france)

I looked on some parts sites, but they don't list the deck I'm looking for anymore. I'm needing the parts numbers for 3 belts for an Aiwa XK-009 Excelia tape deck. I see these on Ebay now and then, but I'd rather see if I can get the real McCoys from Sony. Anyone have an old parts list book for belts, look this up and let me know. Scott
