Hi, I'm flying to Miami, hiring a Harley and touring southern Florida next week. When I arrive in Miami I want to buy a helmet and motorcycle jacket before I pick up the bike. Could anyone recommend where's the best place to buy motorcycle gear in Miami? Thanks in advance Bingo

Hi guys, very simply, I had a wee bit of a mash up on the bike on Saturday evening which is going to put me out of commission for a short time. Concussion, fractured elbow, hamburger face ( yes I was wearing a helmut) blah blah blah... Could use a little help but of course you should expect something in return. So I have put up a temporary promotion...

I attended ABATE of Wisconsin District 2E's Spring Motorcycle Parts Swap Meet Sunday at Waverly Beach Tavern in Menasha, WI. It was a 140-mile ride round trip through the Holy Land, starting out about noon at 42° F and returning about 20:00 at 34° F. Most restaurants in Wisconsin have attached bars. Waverly Beach is big enough to have an attached restaurant...

Friday, March 30th, KILLER OF SHEEP...

I'm going to visit the USA for a holiday in a couple of weeks. I'd like to see some riding gear (jacket, pants etc.) with a view to buying some good gear for 3 (maybe 4) season touring back in the UK. I will fly to Las Vegas and drive (past) Los Angeles and up to San Fransisco. Can anyone suggest suitable shops to visit? I am tempted by the mail order...

Any know of a good way to dye or otherwise color the lenses on the marker lights? I was going over my old '84 Venture this weekend and found that most of the red marker light lenses are getting sun faded to an almost clear or white color. These lenses are on the chrome trim that is part of the trailer hitch assembly and on the top bag. I have no idea...

It all makes sense now: "Cowbird eggs often look very different from the eggs of the birds whose nests they parasitize, which is why scientists had wondered why the host birds simply did not chuck those eggs. In a paper Hoover published online in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, he found that warblers that accepted the cowbird eggs produced...
