Hi. I have a couple of questions for you folks. I have a small dirt bike for my kids. It is a Baha brand, with plastic fenders. The muffler cover broke into a couple of pieces in the cold winter. In a boat, I would probably rough it up real good and use epoxy and a layer of very thin, transparent, fiberglass cloth to make the repair. Epoxy does not necessarily...

Are we headed for tough times? Should my money be in gold, silver, or Hondas? What is a reasonably sized post-apocolyptic fuel store? But seriously, I know we're going to get fucked, but how hard, and for how long? DDave

Hi all, Yesterday we were re-joining the cases of a 350 honda - RFVC, e-start, yada yada, this probably is a quad engine somewhere else in the world, but, above all, it is an engine that is much similar to XR400 engine and shares the same automatic decompressor system. This is exactly equal to what it is in the 350: http :// www .dansmc, com /comp release4 xr400r.jpg Now,...

A while back we had a conversation about riding videos and whether they were better with or without music. I felt that they were better without, especially if it was crap music that made my ears hurt. Since I have dial up only, Wellen was kind enough to send me a DVD with a couple of vids with and without music. I found his much more enjoyable due to better...

Gerda Da Rif died yesterday. She was my godmother, maybe the best godmother ever. She was 86. I loved her very much. Swiss born, she was the first real artist I knew - a graphic designer to be more specicific. She was always creating, always trying new mediums, always inspiring me with her versatility. She designed all the patterns on Lilly paper cups...

Hi Folks: I have a 'States' version of this bike, which has what I'm assuming is a charcoal canister under the rear fender. There are three fittings but only one used. This hose goes to the air cleaner on the carb side of the filter. There was a problem of unstable mixture I think I found the cause of. On the side of the carburetor, there is a vent...

I'm increasingly finding myself in need of AutoCAD. I'd be in better shape today if I bought it the first time I kicked myself in the ass for not having done so. I rarely buy new software. I have pretty simple needs. Remember brick and mortar software stores? Seems to be an awful lot of SPAM associated with the product so I'm wary of downloads. Any...

My 04 GasGas 300. I'm not sure how suspension is suppose to feel on these things but I have my forks set all the way stiff on compression and have not touched my shock. When I jump off a 3 foot ledge and land flat both ends bottom. Is this common or do I need to get some work done on my suspension. Bike was bought used so not sure if suspension has...

This is hilarious! There is not one dirty word in it, and it is funny. The Smiths were unable to conceive children and decided to use a surrogate father to start their family. On the day the proxy father was to arrive, Mr. Smith kissed his wife goodbye and said, 'Well, I'm off now. The man should be here soon.' Half an hour later, just by chance, a...
