I have a bunch of AAC audio files that I'd like to convert to WMA format. Anyone know of a simple and preferably free solution? Thanks, Craig

The Detroit practice crash looked pretty bad - I'd be in rehab for a year. * youtube . com /watch?v=dv9upcgeBjs He looked to be in pain during the race after but if his shoulder is broken: * w w w .cyclenews . com /ShowStory.asp?HeadlineID=12156 and he rides again this week, that's pretty he-man. I need to stop calling him a cry baby. Shoulda...

Springtime has finally arrived in the great Northwest, and with it, the beginning of our racing season. The weekend before last was the season opening Sparkplug Enduro, and we were there (of course). The past few years those of us that enjoy a tough, tight enduro have been treated to a wonderful rivalry between the clubs that put on the first and last enduros...

Did anybody else see Ricky crack his chin open on his brake perch doing 35 feet on the high jump the other day? Moto X World Championships before a nearly empty Qualcom stadium? I haven't found web video yet. Ouch. The racing was pretty darned fun to watch, too. FMX "best trick" format has always seemed boring to me compared to a true freestyle run....

My latest reply from him: ----------------------------------- Thank you for contacting me about the National Landscape Conservation System Act. I appreciate hearing from you. In 2000, the Secretary of the Interior established the National Landscape Conservation System (NLCS) to protect and restore about 26 million acres of the Bureau of Land Management's...

Time to do an oil/filter change on the DRZ400 and wonder if I should go with semi synthetic or just normal SAE10-40. Manual recommends 10-40 and makes no mention of anything synthetic. Are there pros/cons for either? I use the bike almost strictly in the streets and hardly any highway use or speeds in excess of 110 km/h (in case this matters)

CS = Customer Service My bike hauler (Nissan Titan) is basically 4 years old and the stock battery is past it's prime and is no longer reliable. We like the truck and plan on keeping it for a long time. So, I decided to by an Optima battery and after researching the forums, I found that I needed a the Red Top model 34R. (800 CCA w/ reverse terminals)...

It was kinda crappy yesterday, but then the sun came out and dried things up enough that I felt like giving my favorite ATV a little beating after sitting all winter. I fired the Kubota diesel beast up - which sprang to life after only a second or two of cranking with the familiar kitten-like purr of a pound of bolts being shaken in a coffee can. I let...

After working on it all last week, I have been working at a painstakingly slow detailed pace, I have it all put together. When I bought the bike many years ago it leaked exaust from where the exaust spigot meets the pipe. Just old school. I took the pipe off and modified the end with a bigger piece of circular steel and welded it on the end where it meets...

Let's see, on Sunday I rolled the street bike into the driveway and washed it. Afterwards, I fired it up and rode it back into the garage. Exciting huh! I followed up by washing the car and truck and then rode my sofa for the rest of the day. After my annoying battery search on saturday, I needed to do nothing and I enjoyed it. Mike Baxter

Sure enough - here I am thinking the japs finally came up with something cool, and I find out that we've had them around for almost 40 years. * w w w .terra-jet . com /id2.html JayC

So I was going to do a trials event last weekend but the heavy rain & a 2 hour drive convinced me to sleep in. This week the weather looked better and the event was only 50 miles from home. For me, that's as local as it gets - most good riding is 3++ hours from home. Being that close, and with signup not 'til 10 am, I got to sleep in and see the kids before...

Went riding yesterday. It was a great ride. It all started last monday, when I got an email inviting me to go to a new bike shop in town. - This guy will start renting DR400 bikes if anyone is listening <g> - and for the inauguration party, Dimas Matos, a pro rally rider, who have raced Dakar rally among others will be there trying to teach some techniques......
