My friend's Nikon Coolpix L4 is overexposing all still shots, no matter what scene or white balance setting, flash or no flash, bright sun or cloudy. The only photos that look okay are those taken in very dim light. The exposure on movies is fine. The LCD looks normal in any mode. I've tried setting the exposure compensation level manually but that doesn't...

Hi All I have a Sony DSC-M2 that I a mplaying with. The language set in the camera is cimplified Chinese and, althought the manual is in English and lots of on-line sites show how to set the language to English, the screen is not available in this camera. Specifically, the set-up screen does not contain an option to change language. So, any thoughts?...

Is it possible for a small compact to get dust on its sensor? I thought only DSLR had this problem because their lenses could be removed. I have a HP 707 with this problem. Spots show up on pictures with large white or blue sky areas. What can be done about this problem?
