I was looking at some Sigma lenses on the web, and they are marked macro, but they don't focus closer than 39"... and they give an image of either 1:2 or 1:3 or worse... I thought macro was 1:1 ? My 18-200 zoom can focus to about 8", (much closer than the 200mm Sigma), and it ain't macro... The object area is about 3", so it's about 1:3 Does the...
