I know that cotton swabs can be used, but it seems to me that the foam swabs are lint-free,where the cotton swabs might not be... And I goofed on eBay, now instead of the 2 AE1s I planned to have, I have 3, one of which is an AE1 program, and the manual for it arrived today. So now I have 4 cameras (including the D70), 3 camera bags, 5 lenses (4 of 'em...

The Nikon dSLR is so amazing that there's no need for GPS or other high-tech gadgets to find your way. Humanity is destined for greatness on the evolutionary chain since Nikon is in the forefront and leading the way. God, I love Nikon! < * i298.photobucket . com /albums/mm261/Ritaberk/Marker.jpg> Rita

Yes folks, it seems Geocities was getting tired of all the hits I've been getting from my loyal fans and felt I should upgrade to one of their "paid" accounts. The cog suggers decided to throttle my bandwidth back. Well, fugg them, I got me a new free hosting site with 100GB of download bandwidth. So, without further ado, I give you my first pic without...

Tony, I posted this note on the rangefinderforum . com site today. Any advice? "The shutter-speed selector on my Hexar RF appears to be partially frozen. I can move the dial only the short distance between B and AEL, and with great difficulty. I don't know whether it's the locking button or the selector knob that is the problem. But, in any event,...

With the beautiful days of spring upon us and love in the air, the question that has plagued mankind for millennia has come up again. It took the human race till the 21st century to develop the technological breakthroughs of the D3 to capture such events. Had Albert Einstein a D3 he could have solved many of the equations he drafted. < * w w w .geo...

Hi, has anyone had experience with this lens and can tell me what the depth of the lens mount is? I'm wondering if I can use it with an epson r-ds1, which requires that lens mounts have a maximum depth of 20.5 mm in order to avoid damaging the sensor. Tim

Inspired by Troy's latest stereogram I made this quick and dirty infrared stereogram today. I used my Super Scientific Method of calibration when taking the pic. IOW, I put the viewfinder up to my left eye and took a pic and then I put it to my right eye and took the second pic. * w w w .pbase . com /bret/image/95468594/original
