Curious if there is a current book that covers film 'developing' on subjects such as the effects that specific developers will have of specific films and such, like bring- ing out the best sharpness and contrasty tonality with shadow detail. The idea is a specialist book of teaching these things, I am no expert and have had very little experience in the...

R.I.P. Filed under: R.I.P. http://img.perezhilton.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/02/polaroid__oPt.jpg This is a sad day. An essential part of our childhood is going into extinction. For a 6x9 system I acquired a 180/5.5 Tele-Xenar and a 65/6.8 Angulon. The Tele-Xenar is Linhof branded. If we assume I am lucky to have some good samples what are the max. performance these lenses can deliver? When I do some google search most go for the Tele-Arton, Apo-Symmar's, Super-Angulon's etc. What apertures are best to use to get best corner...

I have a Mamiya m645. This is the old one, before they came up with the swoopy viewfinder. (model "J"?) I got it 2nd hand last June, and it worked quite well (except that the thing that automatically resets the frame number when I finish the roll doesn't work). I used it off and on through the summer and fall. Then a couple weeks ago, I went to use...

According to February's Professional Photograpger Magazine (Pg 12) Mamiya and PhaseOne are to form a Strategic allience sharing technology, marketing and intellectual property. Perhaps this may shake up the Hassy/Leaf dominance of the MF Digital market. Rob. -- (\__/) This is Bunny. (='.'=) Help him and his friends by supporting the (")_(")...

I am considering buying a used Pentax 67. I understand that there have been a few different models. My question is: Are the lens mounts the same on all of them? Will a lens that works on one model work on them all? Thanks.

("TURN $6.00 INTO $6,000!!! IT'S SIMPLE AND IT'S 100% LEGAL!!!!!!! A good friend sent me information about this quick and legit way to make money. Since we're both out to get paid, I thought it would be a good way to make some money on the side while I go to class. After my friend told me about their success with this, I decided to try it out myself. A little...
