If a dentist ignores a treatment plan and you consequently suffer from teeth damaged to the point of tooth lose and or root canals is a Malpractice suit in order? i.e. if you have lost confidence in your dentist's abilities shouldn't you see the dentist recommended by an attorney? -- If Evolution is out-lawed. Only the Out-laws will evolve.

I've read that this is the ingredient is in the Crest Pro Health rinse that causes teeth staining. But it's in other mouthwashes (like Breath Rx) and I've never heard of staining with those.

My daughter's dentist has recommended veneers. My daughter has had braces and some mild flurosis (sp?) in the past. She has had her teeth bleached also. My daughter's chief complaint is tender and bleeding gums. How are veneers supposed to help with gum issues? Can anyone explain this to me? I would think that better hygiene with flossing / water...

Just out of curiousity, how do amalgam fillings work? Composite fillings need some sort of adhesive. How do amalgams adhere to the teeth?
