Internet Cafe Survey

Internet Cafe Survey

I have been an Internet Consultant since 1995, and in 1996 I thought
of a name for an Internet Cafe which I wrote on a piece of paper and
posted to myself, I found the letter the other week after 12 years and
I am now in the process of setting up an Internet Cafe in a cafe in my
hometown, my goal is to have one such Internet Cafe in every Capital
City in the world

I would just like to know how often you use Internet Cafes when
travelling?

and how much is charged, and whether you think that the current
charges are fair?

Thanks in advance

Let me get this straight. You are going to set up internet cafe's in
every capital city in the world, and the only thing that distinguishes
your cafe's from all the others is the NAME?...

Hardly ever. More and more hotels offer internet services.

Thank you Johan,

it won't just be the NAME of the Internet Cafe, but the services and
'entertainment' provided from HQ to the other Internet Cafes
I don't imagine for one minute that it won't take a lot of hard work
and many years, but it is exciting and challenging
I need to build the BRAND, not the name, and the average Internet Cafe
owner wouldn't have any idea how to cajole an immensely intelligent
Editor/Photographer in another country into featuring the BRAND in his
editorial and middle-page feature ;-)

Regards,
Damian

Well, so far you haven't either, but I do wish you all the success you
need. It's a pity you didn't start this 12 years ago, when you first
thought of it. To me, and I suppose many others, internet cafe's have
outlived their usefulness. I carry my own laptop when I travel, and I
can connect in most hotels, Starbucks and places like that. It's been
years ago that I last used an internet cafe.

I looked at your website after I posted that last comment
I liked the slide show and thought about buying the calendar
I am not really an 'animal' person, but your photos were impressive
and got me thinking
I bought the book 'Africa on a Shoestring' from a charity shop a bit
back and have always wanted to tour the continent
an Internet Cafe BRAND is just the excuse to start some serious
travelling again...
