Peru or Brasil (I mean small towns): which is more expensive?

Hi, I'd like to know if Brasil is less or more expensive than Peru but
in the small towns in the interior only.
I need to know about the cost of living and the cost of the fun in
those towns.
For example Piura or Trujillo for Peru and Manaus or Maraba for
Brasil. If you know very well Brasil and Peru, can you reply me
please?
I'm sorry for my strange behaviour but I like to understand fine.
thanks a lot!

Well, Trujillo is a large city, not a small town. I found it more expensive
than Arequipa, Lima or Puno, (not Cusco) and definitely more than smaller
towns further south, along the coast pr less touristic. I can't compare it
to Brasil, though... and I don't know what you mean by "fun"... I was there
to see nature, art and museums... uhm... that what you mean??
:-))

Thanks a lot for your news. I did think Trujillo nad Piura were not
touristic towns. I did think Lima was the most expensive in Peru.
You are telling me Lima is a average expensive town.

I mean rock?n'roll. ;) I'm sorry I like to make a joke.... but it is
true too. ;)
I mean see nature, visit the town, to sleep (to book a hotel or
furnished flat), to eat, etc. etc.
I like to know if Peru is more expensive than Brasil (in smaller
towns).

thanks a lot for your availabilty.
