If you are going to Chitchen Itza you want to take the #2 bus from Cancun
which stops at the hotel we stayed at Delores Alba www.deloresalba.com it
is near the back entrance to the city (CI) ruins. This was back about 6
years ago when we had a car.
there is a night show, include in the ticket for a day walk through.
ie. skip Valladilod unless you have lots of time.
That same bus should carry on to Merida. We stayed at the Delores Alba in
Merida, in is near the center of the city, in an old estate.
From there we drove the 50 miles south to Uxmal and three other small ruins.
Uxmal ruins are far better than for the art work than the Ch It ruins.
If you want more indepth info email at darrom1 at shaw.ca
Darby I have rellies west of Brisbane.
