Florida car collectors would gain access to all those lovely (?)
American cars from about 1948 as well as those highly prized Cuban
cigars
and Cuba would gain new taxis so American tourists can drive safely in
Cuba.

Better he should restore "the blessings of liberty" to the
people of the U.S.A. first! (Judging by his track record so
far, the Cuban people are likely to regard his remarks more
as a THREAT than a promise of help.)
