Failing that, representatives of foreign nations who are in NYC due to
UN duties
is satisfactory. This will help assure none of the WTO countries
honor any US intellectual
property rights, since the US biotech arena is so full of biotech
fraud, unchecked
by the FDA or the DOJ.

The argument could be: "We have no idea whether or not anything
claimed in
any US biotech patents is real. We could re-perform these
experiments, make a real
or not real discovery, and if the discovery is real, it could be
claimed in the
European patent database, like the CDC 'officers.'"

What is the CDC and their related gang going to do?
Take patent infringers to a court?
We don't even participate in the International Criminal Court, in the

place, and in the second place, any foreign biotech companies would
