The silence is deafening...another question that needs to be answered...

WHY hasn't ANYONE...not CALDA, not the LDA...NOT
BLUMENTHAL...answered
the basic underlying (and I do mean "lying")...question:

***HOW could there be a financial conflict in prescribing short
courses of generic drugs***?

How does this lead to economic benefit which Blumenthal said he must
show?
========================================================================How unsophisticated and just plain outright DUMB are people who have
so little clue that they infer admission of wrongdoing from a
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT?

Sorry, but I'd have to say if you really and truly don't understand
that a settlement agreement isn't a "victory" or admission of
wrongdoing...

...then you really don't belong in "leadership" positions...and
certainly shouldn't be trying to tell others what it means.

Because they CONSULT for BigInsurance and are on the payroll
of BigPharma. as in VACCINES you ASSHOLE.

As in, the RICO complaint filed with the US Attorney's office
in 2003.

Kaiser is still at New York Medical College, training MDs and
supplying the OPMC with their moron-drone "experts."

We've been over this 10,000 times you moron.

Yes, we have, darling.

Why don't you try to pay attention, this time, dear?

The question is...how does advocating GENERIC drugs of short duration
profit, or cause economic benefit to those recommending them?

If you bothered to read what AG Blumenthal, himself, said, he needed
to show that there was economic benefit to the members and that this
economic benefit caused competing views to be suppressed.

You and others don't seem to have the slightest idea what this is
about.

Do you understand?

Apparently not.

Like I said, it's OVER.

You need to move on.

Come on now you should know it's not the GENERIC drugs of short
duration. IT'S THE IV LIKE IV ROCEPHIN ETC. TREATMENT OFF AND ON.
That can be very expensive for the Insurance cos. to pay and you know
it. Come on now ---------------------The Infectious D. Society
promotes there is no such thing as chronic lyme and the insurance cos.
don't have to pay for off & on IV which is very expensive. You know
that. Ask Lennie Sigal..........He admits he is used as a consultant
for ins. cos.........................I do agree tho - It's over all
right. Yes it is..........

What do the Guidelines say?

Remember?

This was about the Guidelines, right? We are talking about whether
people profitted from their recommendations in the GUIDELINES.

Understand? This NEVER made any sense...not from the beginning.

They are NOT recommending what you are talking about.

So...their recommendations do NOT result in economic gain to them...at
least, so far as I can see...and I honestly don't see how they
possibly could.
