question for compounding pharmacists

I've a friend who's had a stroke and is currently rejecting all
meds. One of the issues that needs dealing with is hypothyroidism.
Is there a transdermal formulation for thyroid hormone, or is that too
big a molecule?

Transdermal formulations for maintenance doses of antibiotics like
minocycline?

Thanks!
