Thanks for the update. I suggest that you ask your doctor for diet plans
and treatment programs. There is a M.D. named Sandra Cabot that wrote a
book related to a diet program and treatment program for people that have
liver problems. I do not remember the name of the book. Her website is:

I read the book about three years ago and loaned it to someone that never
returned it. That's the reason that I can not tell you the title of the
book.
You may want to google "fatty liver" to determine if you have the symptoms
of that disorder.
