Iron-rich foods raise heart risks for diabetics

At what 'point' .. DOES .. the food BECOME .. "iron-rich" .. ?

When one has a piece of lightly battered chicken or fish corpse .. does
IT .. now .. have INCREASED .. iron .. 'richness' .. because OF the
enriched / iron fortified flour consumed AT .. the same time .. AS this
'minimally heme iron containing cadaver' .. ?

It is known heme iron / blood .. ENHANCES .. absorption .. OF .. 'other
iron' .

Iron
Heme vs. non-heme: Absorption of heme iron is about 10x that of
non-heme iron ... Vitamin A enhances iron absorption and prevents the
inhibition of iron ...

Re: Iron-rich foods raise heart risks for diabetics

It has been demonstrated to you several times now using a number of
studies, total iron does not increase risk, non red meat iron does not
increase risk, giving blood to reduce iron does not change risk. All of
this suggests it is something in red meats and not meat of any kind that

increases risk. Saturated fats are known to be involved in risk for
diabetes as is found in red meats when combined with overeating.

Each time you post a diabetes abstract related to iron content of foods
some or all of the above is confirmed again. Iron is not the cause of
diabetes. Diabetes accompanies inflammation and iron in turn is seen
where it occurs but no causal effect is demonstrated. Many advanced
diabetics are anemic and are supplemented.

The world's highest rate for diabetes is seen in an area with one of the
lowest iron intakes.

Saturated fats .. ?

Saturated fats .. ?

W?HERE in this thread do you see the mention of .. saturated .. fats ..
?

Saturated fats .. ?

Go start another .. thread ..

You have something to .. say .. about saturated fats .. ?

Start another .. thread ..

If someone wishes to discuss the stupidity of the hypthesis of
saturated fats .. they will start a .. clinical trial ..

What ? .. no clinical .. trial .. ?

Must mean the theory doesn't .. hold .. water ..

Maybe they should test the theory of elevated iron levels in diabetes
..

Jeez .. I believe .. they are ..

The clinical trial is iron depletion in Type 2 diabetes .. and / or
NAFLD ..

Now .. WHEN .. a clinical trial is started .. WITH .. saturated fats ..
speak up ..

Until then .. hope upon hope that you are able to get your sht enough
together that you will discard your sacred little **stupid** ..
hypothesis ..
