We keep hearing that Britney Spears is turning into a mental
basketcase. Assuming there's something to it and not just a perverse,
protracted publicity stunt, what clinical name would be applicable to
what ails her?

Take it from me, a clinical psychiatrist cum gynecologist with 18
years' experience, Britney unquestionably has the condition known as
Hontralyrtrashyrdosis.
Unquestionably.
It's common to marshy venues like Louisiana and Southern Mississippi.
There is no known cure, but some specialists recommend treatment that
includes the unstinting administration of warm pork injections,
coupled with copious amounts of peach brandy and powdered coke taken
orally.
Repeat as needed.

adaptation of the aformentioned, in an interrelated manner, in an
efficacious manner, to the environement is dysfunctional and self
destructive.
The degree of dysfunction and related self destructiveness goes from
barely noticeable to complete self destructive tendencies.
Appropriate therapy would very accordingly and would include work
therapy, good nutrition, play therapy, appropriate medications,
substance abuse treatment and abstinence, and appropriate psychiatric
