just your style eh!!
I don't have any handcuffs, but I think I know where to order the old
leather belts and cuffs.
I still have my cuff key from Sonoma on my work key holder.
No whistle though, I turned that back in down at Fairview.

In fact kali, you are the one who Erebus declared to be using your
psychology classes against people on the internet back in the late 90's.
You do know how to 'play' into that 'histrionic PD' pattern that his
family and friends exhibit, don't you??
Why don't you begin a 'paranoid' delusional mindset now!! Howz the Bird

Erebus was a nutcase. Like you and Linda.

Hey kali,
Why don't you go and apply for a loan, I am certain you can find a
smaller interest rate on what you owe me. that way you actually save
money even if it is a few percentage points under the 10% I want from
you.
I don't mind losing the interest on $12,000.00, just want to get my
house finished as was my original plan before you moved in and took over
my home with your friends phone calls, your nominations, your false
accusations about me.

She can't get a loan while she's in bankruptcy. She's Bogus!

She's in Bankruptcy?!?
She has been bogus from the start.
She can't file bankruptcy against her student loans, IIRC.
She will be able to file for the loan after Bankruptcy Ct. Declares her
Bankrupt.
From what I understand, once you file you can't file for another 14
years, so she should be able to get a loan that way.
I never knew that until a few of my friends over the years filed, and
then were offered Credit Cards up the ying yang by the banks.

Wouldn't want her to accept responsibility. It just won't do. [sic]

PS: On the squatting speak, that was a major venue of someone, [pinki AP
CRH] One of the friends who filed bankruptcy tried to hold onto their
house and property using what they thought was squat law, it didn't work
and they ended up at Agnews.

One can declare bankruptcy twice in a seven year period. One chapter 13 and
one chapter 7.

Do that and see if you can find anyone that will give you a loan.

But on Chapter 7. You still have to pay your creditors?? or is that
Chapter 11?
At any rate, isn't chapter 7 a prelude to filing chapter 13?

Chapter 13 is: pay secured debts back over time (home and car) and don't pay
unsecured debts (credit cards and medical bills). and if you can't pay the
schedule then you file chapter 7 which wipes all debts (except student
loans). The only way student loans can be collected is by "eating" your
income tax refunds.

So has my daughter. She got a huge return [she has children so gets
those 'credits' and deductions] and Student loan corp took her joint
refund. Then her husband filed some grievous whatever it was because
his income was figured into their joint return, and he wanted his half.

Paid off my student loan when I took out a mortgage on my home.

Some how my wife got her student loans deferred indefinitely. It was OK
with me.

There is a way to do it, I was thinking about deferring mine and did
until they decided to finally allow SL's to be deducted from your
taxes. I did go in and change my 8% rate to a fixed 4 or 5 %.
If you stay in school and carry at least 6 semester units [we are
semester system here], then you can defer it.
What I don't like is the part about if you have a BA or BS or other, you
have to pay more for community college classes.
I qualified for a CAL grant A or B back in 89 but they have changed the
rules on being able to file for that grant. You now have to be a first
year student.

Sounds complicated, like a normal government "SNAFU".

The other side of the change is that with the new gpa ratings for high
school students who are in GATE are higher then others, so if a GATE
student pulls a straight A they are actually pulling a 5.0, while those
not in GATE with straight A's are pulling a 4.0 GPA. Which means that
the grant money is given to those in GATE whose GPA is higher.
It has been awhile since I have been through the process. I took out
the student loan because the Cal Grant was no longer available to me
based on the number of semester units I had acquired.

Some of my friends don't understand why I don't just get my BA, the
reason why is because I was thinking about taking some fresh/soph
classes at Community College level. + they began a Community College
around here that includes some paralegal courses through Fresno
Community College, I was hoping that they would start those classes out
this way near my satellite school, but they haven't. + they said I have
to take math to graduate, which I consider to be cruel and inhuman
punishment as I had those courses in high school, which wasn't even the
*new* math. + while my high school algebra and geometry helped me score
high [3rd[, on my state test for hire and fire in the Dept of Mental
Hygiene [old name for dept of mental health] when it came time to doing
pharmacy, much of what I had learned wasn't an issue as most of the meds
are already divided up into doses, Some of it I used to convert mgs etc.
but not much and now with their new system even divided doses are sent
in the individual carts for each patient, so all you have to do is pass
meds and sign for them. Of course you also have to check to make sure
the pharmacy got the cart right in the first place.
